Oh hai, i iz in ur NY Timez, stealin ur op-ed
Colbert in the NY Times today...
I believe the 2008 election, unlike all previous elections, is important. And a lot of Americans feel confused about the current crop of presidential candidates.
For instance, Hillary Clinton. I can’t remember if I’m supposed to be scared of her so Democrats will think they should nominate her when she’s actually easy to beat, or if I’m supposed to be scared of her because she’s legitimately scary.
Or Rudy Giuliani. I can’t remember if I’m supposed to support him because he’s the one who can beat Hillary if she gets nominated, or if I’m supposed to support him because he’s legitimately scary.
The sad thing is, his article is much much better than the crap that Maureen Dowd usually writes. Sure, she is sometimes clever, but honestly, I can't stand her columns... she really focuses on the worthless minutiae of politics and adds to the stupid obsession of the media with vapid style over policy substance.

I am like Colby, I don't read the NY Times. So I have no idea about M Dowd's writing quality. If she is that much worse than Stephen Colbert, I don't know how she got her job. Stephen Colbert's article is really bad.
